个人简介:

李翀博士2001年毕业于上海师范大学生命科学与环境学院，获学士学位；2007年毕业于日本关西学院大学理工学研究科，获硕士学位；2010年毕业于日本关西学院大学理工学研究科，与日本理化学研究所（RIKEN）联合培养，获博士学位；2010年4月-2012年8月于日本理化学研究所，担任Research Scientist；2012年3月起于正规nba买球转化医学高等研究院，担任副研究员职务。李翀博士长期从事早期胚胎发育与体细胞核移植的表观遗传调控相关研究，近年来获得了一系列重要的原创性科研成果，包括：揭示了人类胚胎合子基因组激活时期和第一次谱系分化过程中的H3K9me3修饰重编程过程，描绘了人类植入前胚胎发育中异染色质重塑的规律；首次绘制了小鼠雌雄原核受精过程中核小体排布高分辨率图谱，发现了核小体排布的建立模式规律，鉴定了合子基因组激活过程中的关键转录因子；揭示了体细胞克隆胚胎中异常核小体占据与胚胎基因表达的关系，探讨了可能影响克隆胚胎发育的潜在因素，为理解核小体重塑在体细胞重编程过程中的作用和调控机制提供了重要线索；揭示了小鼠体细胞核移植过程中染色质高级结构重编程模式及分子机制。主要研究成果在Cell Stem Cell（封面）、Cell Research（封面）、Nature Communications、Stem Cell Reports等杂志上发表；主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项；以主要成员身份参与国家重点研发计划项目两项。2009年获得国家优秀自费留学生奖学金；在国际学术会议中获奖多次。
